Original Tours
Wild Places, Wildlife and Wild Fun. Under Down Under’s Original Tours are active, small group and nature-based experiences. With itinerary options of five, six, and seven days long, you can join one of our Advanced eco-certified tours as we explore our island’s incredible national parks and cultural attractions.
You can choose an accommodation type to suit your budget and personal preference. We offer various options in a hostel, or in a motel. On our Original Tours, you can expect a maximum group size of 24 guests per tour. We don’t include meals on these tours which means guests can choose according to their own tastes and budgets. Guests staying in hostels can use their kitchen facilities. There are options to travel year-round on an Original Tour – check availability on our website to see what dates and itineraries are on offer.
How active are our Original Tours? Every day there are short walks to incredible sites including waterfalls, mountains, coastal lookouts, lighthouses, pristine beaches and much more. It helps if you have a moderate level of fitness to be able to maximise the opportunities provided. However, all the activites are optional and there are usually an easier or more challenging option at a location. If this is a concern, you might like to look at our Comfort Tours which are genearlly more relaxed with easier walks each day.
Our Original Tours are a real international affair with guests from all over the world coming together, with a variety of ages, offering an opportunity to meet some great new people.
